CHICKEN LOAF 3 c. chicken broth 3 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatine garlic and onion powder to taste "the good stuff seasoning" to taste poultry seasoning to taste 14 oz. cooked chicken 1/4 c. raw celery 2 green onions, chopped 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Heat water or chicken broth on stove. Add gelatine and seasonings. Heat until gelatine is dissolved. Put chicken, celery and onion in a Pam sprayed loaf tin. Pour dissolved mixture over chicken. Chill until set; slice. Yield: 4 servings. Each serving equals 1 protein and 1/16 vegetable portions. Put between Wasa Brod with Diet Center mayonnaise for a great sandwich.
