CALORIE-WISE STUFFING 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 1/2 c. chopped, pared cooking apples 1/3 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. chopped parsley 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. dried thyme 1/8 tsp. dried basil salt to taste Saute onions and celery in oil until tender. Combine with other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use to stuff striped bass or other dressed fish. Makes about 3 cups. Will stuff about 3 pounds of dressed fish.
