LEMON DESSERT 1/3 c. cold water 1 envelope gelatin 1/3 c. boiling water 8 pkg. Diet Lite sweetener 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbsp. skim milk dash of butter salt 4 Tbsp. lemon juice Combine cold water and gelatin. Add boiling water; mix until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients to the mixture. Crush 10 ice cubes one at a time and add to mixture. Whip one egg white and fold into lemon mixture. Pour into pudding cups. Refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes before eating. (Count as addition- al food.)
