FISH LOAF

18 oz. perch or haddock
1/3 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. green onions
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green
pepper
2 eggs
2 Wasa crisp bread, crushed
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sage

Cook fish in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and sprinkle with
Diet Center seafood seasoning. Fish is done when flakes
easily. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and add fish. Stir
well. Spray loaf pan with Pam and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for
approximately 30 minutes. Yield: 5 servings. Each serving
equals 1 protein serving.
