DIET GLAZED CARROTS

5 to 6 carrots, scraped and
sliced thinly
1/4 tsp. salt or a pinch
2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
1 1/2 tsp. diet margarine
2 c. water

Boil scraped and thinly sliced carrots in slightly
salted water until tender, approximately 18 minutes. Add diet
butter and set aside to cool. Add Sugar Twin only after the
carrots have cooled down. Cover and let stand until ready to
serve. Reheat slowly and serve at room temperature.
