LO-CAL COFFEE JELLO 2 pkg. plain gelatin 5 to 6 packs Sweet N' Low 4 to 6 tsp. instant coffee 4 c. boiling water Mix together plain gelatin, sugar substitute and instant coffee. Add 2 cups of the boiling water. Stir and mix well to be sure gelatin is softened. Add remaining hot water. Cool in refrigerator until firm. Serve with Cool Whip.
