WEIGHT WATCHERS DISH (1 Serving) 1/2 c. blueberries 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 3/4 oz. nut-like cereal nuggets 1 tsp. shredded coconut Set aside 1 blueberry for garnish; spoon remaining berries into a parfait glass. In small bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice, mixing well. Spoon over berries, reserving 1 tablespoon yogurt mixture for garnish. In small bowl, combine cereal and coconut; sprinkle over yogurt mixture and top with reserved tablespoon yogurt mixture, then reserved blueberry.
