HONEYED FRUIT AND CARROT SALAD (Weight Watchers) 2 c. shredded carrots 1 small apple, cored and diced 1 large pitted prune, diced 1 Tbsp. raisins, chopped 1 tsp. sunflower seeds, chopped 1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. honey In serving bowl, combine carrots, fruits and sunflower seeds. In small bowl, mix lemon juice with honey; pour over salad and toss well. Makes 2 servings.
