SCALLOPED CABBAGE (Low Calorie) 1 head cabbage 2 tsp. salt 3/4 stick oleo 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 c. 2% milk American cheese lots of cheese graham crackers Cook cabbage in salt water. Cut in hunks. Drain and put in baking dish. Make white sauce as follows: Melt 3/4 stick of oleo; add 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. Add 1 1/2 cups 2% milk. Pour over cabbage. Cut cheese in pieces and melt. Pour over cabbage. Add graham cracker crumbs on top. Sprinkle cheese on top.
