GERMAN SKILLET DINNER
(Low Calorie)
1 medium can sauerkraut,
drained and rinsed
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
sweetener to taste

Brown meat; drain and turn on paper towel to drain fat.
Rinse sauerkraut and drain. Add all ingredients together in
skillet and mix well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes over low
heat.
