NO SALT CHICKEN CACCIATORE

cut up chicken parts (remove
skin)
2 large onions, chopped
3 large tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
sprig of parsley and sweet
basil
oregano
pepper
1/2 c. white wine
juice of 1/2 lemon

Flour chicken. Brown in pan with oil. Remove from pan.
Add onion and garlic. Saute until limp. Add tomatoes. Cook 5
minutes. Add parsley and basil, pepper, tomato sauce, wine,
lemon juice and oregano. Place chicken in pan. Simmer until
tender. Sauce is delicious over spaghetti.
