PINEAPPLE DELIGHT small can crushed pineapple 1 bottle vanilla cream soda 1 envelope Knox gelatine 2/3 c. whipped cottage cheese 1 c. water Drain pineapple and add 1 cup of water. Put both in saucepan and bring to boil. Put this in a bowl with gelatine and stir together. Add 1 cup of cold soda. Stir again and refrigerate until syrupy. Add to this mix the cottage cheese. Put all this in a blender and put it on whip cycle. Refriger- ate until it jells.
