DIABETIC BAKED CUSTARD

3 large eggs
1 tsp. artificial sweetener
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
nutmeg

Use baking dish or custard cups. Set them into a 9 x
13-inch pan of hot water and bake 45 minutes in medium oven at
350 degrees. Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top before baking if
desired.
