SUGARLESS APRICOT-DATE-PRUNE PIE 1 c. packed dried apricots, halved 1 c. packed pitted dates, halved 1 c. packed dried prunes, halved 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (6 oz.) can frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate 1 tsp. vanilla pastry for 2 crust pie Put apricots, dates, prunes, water and salt in saucepan; bring to boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer until fruit is tender and water absorbed (about 10 minutes), stirring occasionally. Stir in juice and vanilla. Chill. Roll pastry and put in 9-inch pan. Fill with fruit mixture. Arrange strips across top. Brush with milk. If desired, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until crust is brown.
