YOGURT FRUIT ICE 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. water 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1 c. fresh fruit, cut up 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt Combine lemon juice and water. Add gelatin. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and add fruits and yogurt. Beat until fluffy. Freeze until firm. Makes 4 servings.
