Combine oil and honey; blend in eggs, milk and flavor-
ing. Add flour, sifted together with baking powder, salt and
spices. Add cereal, nuts, raisins and chocolate chips. Put
spoonfuls of dough on greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
