REMARKABLE FUDGE

4 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate
morsels
1 (7 to 9 oz.) jar marshmallow
cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Butter sides of heavy 3 quart pan. Add sugar, evaporat-
ed milk and butter. Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage
(234 degrees), stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add choco-
late pieces. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in marsh-
mallow cream, walnuts and vanilla. Beat until smooth and put
in buttered pan (13 x 9 x 2-inches). Score pan while fudge is
warm. Cut through when cool.
