SPICY BUTTERNUT BARS

4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. butternut squash, mashed
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. Watkin's pumpkin pie
spice

Frosting:
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
3/8 c. butter
1 Tbsp. cream
1 tsp. Watkin's vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar

Combine eggs, oil, sugar and squash in large bowl. Sift
dry ingredients and add to egg mixture; pour into greased 12 x
8 x 1-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla and cream together and
beat until creamy. Add powdered sugar for desired spreading
consistency. Spread on cake and cut into bars. Makes 36 bars.
