1 German chocolate cake mix
1 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. melted oleo
1 pkg. Kraft caramels
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Blend cake mix, 1/2 cup of the evaporated milk and oleo;
pour 1/2 of this mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. While baking, melt caramels
and the rest of the evaporated milk. Drizzle on hot cake.
Sprinkle with nuts and chips. Spoon on remaining batter. Bake
at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes, maybe longer. Cool before
