BLUEBERRY OR CHERRY COFFEE CAKE|
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can pie filling
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
cinnamon to taste
Use mixer. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a
time. Add vanilla, flour and baking powder. Mix well. Spread
1/2 of batter in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread
pie filling evenly over batter, not to the edge. Spread
remaining batter over filling, using two forks. Mix topping
ingredients with fork. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50
to 60 minutes.
