CHEESE CAKE

1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
5 Tbsp. butter, melted

Stir butter into crumbs and press into 9 or 10-inch pie
plate.
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
softened
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. milk
3 eggs, added 1 at a time
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Mix together and pour into crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10
minutes. Turn over to 250 degrees and bake 25 minutes more. Cool.
Top with favorite pie filling.
