CHOCOLATE CHIP COFFEE CAKE|
1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. brown sugar, lightly
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add vanilla and
eggs and beat well. Mix dry ingredients together and add to
first mixture along with sour cream. Combine all topping
ingredients in separate bowl. Layer batter alternately with
topping in a greased tube pan (topping, batter, topping,
batter, topping). Swirl knife through batter in pan. Bake at
350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
