COCOA POUND CAKE|
1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 sticks oleo
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Cream together sugar, oleo and Crisco. Add eggs, one at
a time, blending well after each egg. Sift dry ingredients 3
times and add to cream mixture alternately with milk. Add
vanilla; blend well. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Do not open door during
baking time. Dust with 10x sugar while still warm.
