24 vanilla wafers
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling

Beat cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla for 5 minutes at
medium speed until fluffy. Put vanilla wafers in bottom of
cupcake paper in cupcake pans. Fill 1/2 full of cream cheese
mixture. Top with pie filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15
