PISTACHIO SWIRL NUT CAKE|
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jell-O pistachio
instant pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Put cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and
extract in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2
minutes. Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts in small bowl. Pour
1/3 batter into greased 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of
sugar mixture. Repeat layers and top with remaining batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center springs back when
touched lightly. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
