TOMATO SOUP CAKE 1 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. butter 1 can tomato soup 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. nutmeats or raisins, if desired Cream sugar and butter. Add tomato soup. Add all the dry ingredients; mix well. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 to 25 minutes in a 9 x 9-inch pan. If desired, frost with a thin butter frosting.
