CHOCOLATE BOILED FROSTING|
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
3 tsp. cornstarch (level)
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
pat of butter
Mix all dry ingredients with a spoon until smooth. Add
boiling water to mixture and cook until thick. Add 1 teaspoon
vanilla and piece of butter size of walnut. Stir and cool a
bit before putting on cake; not too cool or it will set up.
