BOURBON BALLS

2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. sifted 10x confectioners
sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
powder
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 to 1/3 c. bourbon
10x confectioners sugar for
rolling

Combine all ingredients (except 10x for rolling) in
medium size bowl; mix until well blended. Mixture should be
moist but not soggy. Pinch a walnut-size piece from mixture
and roll firmly between moistened palms of your hands to form a
ball. Roll in 10x sugar.
