BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE NUT CAKE 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. white sugar 2 beaten eggs 1 c. cold water 2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 2 c. finely chopped raw apples 1/2 c. butterscotch chips 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix first 9 ingredients together. Fold in last four. Put in greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
