CHOCOLATE CREAM ROLL

3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water
pinch of salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/4 c. sugar

Combine egg yolks, vanilla, water, 1/2 cup sugar and
salt; mix well and then add flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in a
jelly roll pan lined with wax paper. Roll cake in towel while
warm and let cool. When cooled, unroll and fill with whipping
cream whipped with sugar. Roll up and sprinkle with powdered
sugar.
