COFFEE OR ANYTIME CAKE|
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small box instant vanilla
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Grease large Bundt pan. Sprinkle half of nuts on
bottom. Combine cake mix, oil, pudding and water. Mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix six minutes at high
In separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and rest of
nuts. Put 1/3 of batter in pan, sprinkle on 1/3 of nuts.
Continue layers, ending with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50
minutes. Remove from oven, let set eight minutes. Remove from
pan and cool.
