HAWAIIAN CREAM CAKE

1 yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple,
drained
12 oz. coconut milk (can use
milk and add coconut
extract)
1 large container Cool Whip
coconut

Bake cake according to package directions. Cool. Turn
cake onto tray lined with wax or foil. Mix cream cheese,
pudding and milk. Spread over cake. Cover with pineapple
layer and top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
