HEATH BAR CAKE

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. flour
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
6 Heath bars, crushed
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix brown sugar, margarine and flour until crumbly.
Take out 1 cup and reserve for top. Beat egg and add milk,
salt, vanilla and soda. Mix; add brown sugar mixture and beat
thoroughly. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch
pan. Put cup of crumbly mixture over the top and then sprinkle
on the crushed Heath bars and chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for
25 to 30 minutes. Moist enough for finger food at picnics.
