RUM CAKE 1 (18 oz.) yellow cake mix with pudding 1 c. chopped pecans 3 eggs 1/3 c. oil 1/2 c. cold water Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and water; beat 2 minutes. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour Bundt or tube pan. Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan. Pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Cool and invert. Prick top. Spoon and brush Glaze over top and sides. Glaze: 1/4 c. water 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. dark rum Melt butter; stir in water and sugar. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add rum.
