FROSTED PECAN DANISH COOKIES

1 c. butter, soft (do not use
margarine)
2 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix together all ingredients and form into 2 rolls.
Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. Next day, cut
rolls of dough into desired size slices. Put on cookie sheet
and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. Do not let them
get too brown. Cool. Then frost with frosting.

Frosting:
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. hot water
chopped pecans
Add enough cream until right consistency. Add desired
amount of chopped pecans. They melt in your mouth!! Yum!!
