2/3 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. margarine (or 1/2 c.
margarine and 1/2 c.

1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Sift together cornstarch and flour; cream sugar and
margarine. Add cornstarch and flour to creamed mixture. Drop
from spoon. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Frost the cookies
with the topping when cooled.
