MOCK-WHIPPING CREAM FROSTING|
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oleo or Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cook flour and milk until thick, stir all the time; set
aside to cool.
Meanwhile, beat butter and oleo or Crisco until fluffy.
Add sugar and vanilla and beat for 10 minutes or until sugar is
dissolved. Add cooled, cooked mixture and beat until creamy.
Enough for 1 angel food cake.
