1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sour cream

Orange Butter Icing:
3/4 c. butter
6 c. sifted confectioners
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Have butter and eggs at room temperature. In large bowl
beat butter and sugar well with electric mixer. Add eggs one
at a time, beating well after each, then add extracts. Sift
flour with soda, salt and nutmeg 3 times. Add to batter
alternately with sour cream. Turn into large greased and
lightly floured tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10
Orange Butter Icing: In bowl mix until blended butter,
confectioners sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix with electric
mixer. When blended, increase speed and beat at high speed for
3 minutes or until icing is of spreading consistency.
