DELICIOUS LEMON JELLO CAKE|
4 eggs, separated
1 box Duncan Hines white cake
1 box lemon jello
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. hot water
2 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg yolks
First separate eggs and beat whites, set aside. Then
mix remaining ingredients. Then fold in and mix well egg
whites. Bake at 350 degrees in tube pan for 1 hour. Cool. Can serve
plain or ice with chocolate icing.
