FLUFFY MARSHMALLOW FROSTING

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. 10x sugar
9 marshmallows (large)

Combine sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat.
Separate eggs and beat until fluffy white and thick. Have
other ingredients ready at hand (the combination of all ingre-
dients must take place quickly before sugar cools). Check
sugar mixture, when there is a hair-like string from drips off
the spoon, this mixture is ready. Start mixer on medium and
add half to egg whites. Mix together. Add 10x sugar, vanilla
flavoring and marshmallows. Continue mixing all the time, then
add remaining sugar mixture. Beat until frosting is thick and
peaks well.
