DIPPED CHOCOLATE CREAMS|
2 lb. (2 boxes) powdered sugar
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter or
1 c. Eagle Brand condensed
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix together in large bowl by spoon until smooth. Shape
into balls and chill until hard (stick toothpicks into each
ball). Melt 3/4 block paraffin wax and 12 ounces semi-sweet
chocolate chips. Dip candy into chocolate then place on waxed
paper, remove toothpick and fill hole with chocolate. Keep
chocolate on stove to stay melted.
