1 lb. box powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (11 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
(1 1/2 c.)

Combine sugar, butter, juice and vanilla. Add apricots,
mix, knead in bowl until well mixed. Form into 1-inch balls;
roll in chopped nuts. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Store
in covered container. Flavor improves in storage.
