Topping: 1 c. sugar 5 Tbsp. margarine 1/3 c. milk 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips Combine sugar, margarine and milk. Bring to boil and cook 1 minute. Add chips and stir until melted. Spread on hot cake. Stays moist for a long time.
