COCONUT POUND CAKE

2 sticks oleo
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 c. milk
1 c. flaked coconut

Cream butter, shortening and sugar until light. Add
eggs 1 at a time. Add extracts, mix well. Alternately add
flour and milk; beat well. Stir in coconut. Pour into a
greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15
minutes.
