1 can crushed pineapple
3 Tbsp. tapioca
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
Cook until thick, crushed pineapple, sugar and tapioca.
Add 1 1/4 cups shortening; mix like pie crust. Add 1/2 cup
milk, 2 eggs (beaten) and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix well. Divide
into 2 rolls between wax paper. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Glaze while warm.
