STRAWBERRY CAKE

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 pkg. frozen strawberries,
thawed
1 c. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water
3 eggs

Crush strawberries (save 1/2 cup for frosting). Mix all
other ingredients together. Add strawberries and beat 2 or 3
minutes. Pour into three 8-inch greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350 degrees until cakes pull away from sides of pan (about 30
minutes). Frost with Strawberry Frosting.

Strawberry Frosting:
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. crushed strawberries
1 stick butter or margarine
Melt butter or margarine. Stir in sugar. Add berries
last. Mix until blended.
