1 box Duncan Hines Lemon
Supreme cake mix
1 box instant pineapple
3/4 c. Wesson oil
10 oz. 7-Up
1 c. crushed drained pineapple
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
Mix cake mix, pudding mix, Wesson oil and eggs; then add
7-Up and mix. Bake at 325 degrees in 3 greased and floured pans for
20 minutes or until done. In double boiler combine eggs,
crushed pineapple, margarine and sugar. Cook and then add
coconut. Spread on layers.
