MOTHER'S JELLY ROLL

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. water
5 Tbsp. canned cream
1 c. self-rising flour

Grease 8 x 14-inch pan; sprinkle with flour. Bake in
350 degrees oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until done. Turn over on
cloth sprinkled with sugar. Have jelly stirred until soft and
smooth. Use a sharp jelly. Roll, using both hands into a
complete tight roll. Leave wrapped in cloth until ready to
serve.
