STRAWBERRY CAKE

1 box Duncan Hines white cake
mix
1 large box strawberry jello
4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. sweetened strawberries,
drained (reserve juice)

Sift cake mix, jello and flour together. Add water,
Wesson oil, eggs and strawberries. Beat well. Bake at 350 degrees in
3 layers for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown. When removed
from oven and pans, poke holes in each layer with toothpicks
and saturate each layer with the reserved juice. Make icing
of:
1 stick margarine, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. sweetened strawberries,
drained
Mix the ingredients and spread on cooled layers.
Refrigerate.
