1/3 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. ice water
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts
2 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add nuts, water, vanilla, salt
and flour. Shape like fingers. Bake 40 to 50 minutes in slow
275 degrees to 300 degrees oven. Roll in confectioners sugar.
